The Crocs MotherLode Volleyball Classic can accept online entries paid with a credit card through a third-party administrator, Coloradovolleyball.com. Please read the following list carefully:

| ► | Click "Yes" to accept the secure server certificate. This certificate won't match our site name as it is owned by our hosting provider. |
| ► | Complete all fields on the secure credit card/entry form. |
| ► | Upon approval, you will receive an authorization code. You may want to record this for future reference. |
| If your card is declined you will be redirected back to this page. You can try again or pursue other payment. | |
| ► | At this point your card has been charged $65.00 ($85.00 for Open) and you will receive an emailed receipt. |
| This receipt is sent to the email address supplied on the form so please use an active address. | |
| ► | A $65.00 ($85.00 for Open) charge from Coloradovolleyball.com will appear on your statement for each entry. |
| Please make a note of this. Cardholders are responsible for any unnecessary charge-backs. | |
